Ms. Choi speaks Korean, which is very helpful. She explains questions regarding insurance very well and gives you straightforward answers about questions about car claims and coverage. She is very knowledgeable about insurances, and not just car insurance. She is always available during normal business hours and, out of those hours, gets back to you if you leave a message. I was recommended to use her through a relative.
Farmer’s is definitely more expensive for me (even with all the discounts) than other insurance companies. Disclaimer: I have full coverage insurance. However, I think the plain and clear cut way that Ms. Choi does business is great! Apart from the higher premium, I would have no qualms in recommending her to other family and friends, especially those who feel more comfortable conversing in Korean.
