I had a great experience with this agent and her additional staff members. When my pipes froze, my plumber was very hard to get a hold of. He was helpful in the repairs but it was the first time that anything like this happened and it was all new to me. My insurance agency was very helpful and they walked me through every step of the filing a claim process. Darla and her staff were a pleasure to work with. They never once made me feel dumb and took every question like it was a new question they never heard. They were very helpful and everyone I spoke with, I told them how pleasant my experience was with them. I hope that if something else were to happen, the same staff and kindness will be present in Darla’s company.
