I have had a policy with state farm for over 20 years. Troy is the 3rd agent that we have had, we inherited him when our previous agent retired. Troy and his staff are always good to deal with. the few claims we have had to make were taken care of quickly and effectively. a neighbor ran in to our parked care a few months ago, his insurance company was giving us a runaround. we go in touch with troy and they paid the claim and then got the money from the other company. couldn’t be happier with these folks. Whenever I call their office they are always courteous and pleasant. Even when we have had to make claims our insurance has not gone up. We have insured our house, 3 cars, our RVs and ourselves through this company.
