I went with Acceptance as it was the lowest available rate for me and Pamela was my randomly selected agent. She has been great, friendly, knowledgeable and an awesome insurance agent, and I will probably continue to have this insurance unless an extremely lower rate comes along. When I had trouble finding any insurance for under $100 per month, Pamela found me a minumum coverage policy that includes roadside assistance and other amenities, all for under my budget. She sends me emails around the time my bill is due so that I never forget, and one time when my payment didn’t process, she helped me through the reinstatement process with ease and no judgement. I’ve had several insurance agents and she’s the only one that made me feel like she values me as a client.
