I’ve dealt the car insurance agents before and they always try to up sell me to a larger, more expensive package. But this agent did not. I clearly indicated what I wanted and nothing more and he honored that. But his office has continued to call me occasionally to ‘check up’ on whether my package is right for me, even though I keep saying that everything is fine, hinting that I don’t really appreciate the calls. Add to that, I’m now on Progessive’s email list which I can’t seem to get off of, though I have have tried repeatedly. I even called the main office to ask them to remove my email address from their list, but the emails keep coming. Since I really want a carrier that will honor my wishes at all times, I’m beginning to look to other companies to switch over.
