I have no complaints about my insurance agent. They contact me periodically about whether I have average coverage, even though I have not taken them up on this offer, it’s good to know that they have this option available. I even get cards in the mail for my birthday and the holidays. I would say that customer service has definitely been their strong suit.
It’s not their issue, but the only complaint I have is that my costs when up this year because of a minor fender-bender. I used to pay a little over $130 per month and now I pay almost $170 for the same coverage. It would be nice if they had that accident forgiveness” that I’ve seen other insurance companies advertise. For that reason only I am looking at switching my insurance coverage.
