We were in the market for a homeowners insurance for several days. One of our friends referred us to Teresa Martin at Jeff Martin Insurance Agency. From the very beginning of our interactions with Teresa Martin and her team, we knew that we would be in good hands. Teresa Martin and her team asked us for our requirements, budget and other options, and brought a few recommendations on insurance options available to us. We were able to select one of these options after a couple of rounds of discussions and edits. Teresa Martin and her team also use good tech for document handling and signatures which allowed us to complete the process virtually. No need to travel to any office etc!! Once this process had been completed, Teresa Martin discussed other insurances with us, and I am sure to take her up on that offer in the future for Car, Umbrella etc.
