He and his staff are always on the ball, willing to make quick changes throughout the year as we needed it. He’s had policies come and go for us and never made any complaints, or asked us why we were changing things. It was a rather pressure free environment, and he let his experience and his companies’ experience speak for themselves.
There have been altercations we have been in, and never did the insurance company try to screw us over or stall a payout for a service that we needed, or even wanted. They even offered to replace some equipment that they did not necessarily need to, because we were clients with them so long.
Even though the financial situations have changed recently, and we had to cancel all policies, I would not hesitate to refer anyone to him.
