Marc is young, but extremely professional and sensitive to my needs from the get-go. I went to Marc, needing a new policy for the car I just bought. He is extremely detailed and knowledgeable, and was very clear about what my policies provided. He provided me with plenty of information and gave me a few recommendations that he thought was best for me, based on my current situation. Although I did not make a decision to purchase a policy on the spot, Marc was understanding and communicative. I was able to reach him easily after I made a decision on the policy and coverage I wanted, and was able to make an appointment to get all the paperwork signed in less than 2 days! Overall, Marc was professional, quick, and smooth to work with.
