Originally, I selected this agent due to the customer service, the location of the office and the price. I have been with this agency for about 5 years now so they were very nice and gave me somewhat of a discount for loyalty. Currently, however I am in the process of looking into a new insurance company because the price has increased drastically and I want to see how their price compares to the price of competitors. I am currently a college student so finances are not ideal at the moment. A few years ago I was in a car accident with a deer and the insurance company responded very rapidly and took care of all matters that needed taking care of with little to no input from myself which was extremely helpful. Billing was always extremely easy as they were able to take the money directly out of my checking account and gave me a slight discount for that as well.
