My husband used her long before we got together. His dad recommended her. He originally had auto and renters insurance. Then we bought a house and I tried to rate shop but I found it to be annoying.
When I call I always deal with her assistant, Annette. I’ve actually never spoken to our agent. I have a feeling we might not be getting a very good deal since my husband and I have great credit and no auto accidents but the premium seems high to me. Sometimes I think about rate shopping again but I feel like State Farm is a solid name if I actually need to use my insurance. That would be my concern switching to something like esurance but from working at a credit union I know all insurance agencies can be a pain sometimes.
