Eddie Sample sat down with my husband and me and helped us through the process of getting insurance. He was very helpful and answered a lot of questions. When my house caught on fire, I called the office and Eddie called me right back. He wanted to be sure I had a place to stay and we were okay. He helped me go through the entire claim process and even visited with us during the fiasco. Years later when I became sick, he would stop and check on me on a regular basis. When he couldn’t check on me any longer, he drove to my husband’s work and asked about me there. He goes above and beyond to make sure his clients are taken care of and not treated as just another customer.
