What life insurance products does the Cincinnati life insurance company offer?

Cincinnati Insurance Company offers term, universal, and whole life insurance. However, the company website lacks quite a bit of detail about the products. We’ll cover what we know.

Term Life Insurance

Cincinnati term life insurance is a non-permanent life insurance policy that offers death benefits for a specified period. Cincinnati Insurance offers two different term life plans: Termsetter and Termsetter ROP.

The Termsetter plan is available in 10-, 15-, 20-, 25-, and 30-year terms. Termsetter ROP is available in 20-, 25-, and 30-year terms. If your Termsetter ROP policy is in force and you are living, the base premium is returned to you at the end of the term.

Term life insurance may be the right choice for someone who only needs life insurance temporarily, such as if they’re working a more dangerous job than usual, or for those who want more affordable life insurance. This Business Insider article will give you an idea of what some dangerous jobs in America are.

Universal Life Insurance

Universal life insurance is a permanent life insurance policy (up to age 121) that offers tax-deferred cash value accumulation. Cincinnati offers Heritage UL for individuals 18 and over and Pivot UL for individuals under 18.

You have the option of customizing your universal life policy by changing death benefit amounts, adding riders, and borrowing from the cash value of your policy.

Cincinnati also offers a policy that acts as a combination of universal life insurance and term life insurance. You can choose between periods up to age 121, pay a level premium, and still get access to a limited amount of cash value accumulation.

Whole Life Insurance

Whole life insurance is a permanent life insurance policy that offers level premiums and death benefits. You will have access to cash value accumulation, and Cincinnati won’t cancel your policy as long as you pay your premiums.

Cincinnati Doesn't Care About Loyal Customers

Personal lines customer on their executive plan for 15 years. Very few claims. Until recently. My 20 year old son had a wreck. Thank God nobody was injured, but it did cost Cincy some money. Anyway, yes insurance companies don't like male drivers under 25 anyway. They non - renewed my auto, umbrella, watercraft. But said they wanted to keep my homeowners, my 3 commercial business lines which generate $50,000-$60,000 in premium dollars. Well, they are losing all of it. I hope they are happy. Also losing my father's and daughter's personal lines. I used to sing the praises of this company and thought they were the best. They are only the best when you don't need them and they are taking your premium dollars. No such thing as relationships anymore. They apparently do whatever the computer model tells them to do. Beware!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - BUYER BEWARE!

Don't believe this company's "bot reviews," no one goes out of their way to write about "ok" experiences, which this company seems to have between the real reviews. I was a customer for around 5 years. I make a claim for my stolen vehicle. As soon as I do, they retaliate by CANCELLING my policy on my current used vehicle. They take three months, LIE to me, tell me my vehicle had been recovered. I contact the police to try to get my vehicle, ...
I contact the police to try to get my vehicle, the police tell me that it hasn't been recovered. I contact this HORRIBLE excuse of a company, they tell me I didn't respond to a letter that was sent out by the police department to verify that my vehicle wasn't recovered. The police sent me no such letter, the detective on the case stated that he was unsure why my vehicle was marked recovered. Cincinnati treated me LIKE I WAS THE CRIMINAL, and pushed back my claim as far as they could. (State law gives auto-insurance companies 30 days to complete a claim.) It took them 97 days. By law, I'm still owed INTEREST, they have yet to pay. They also cost me a Federal job, as their lack of any form of human emotion, or duty to their customer or to even follow the law, by not getting my claim completed within a reasonable amount of time. I needed that money for the move, THEY KNEW IT. Zero compassion, zero human empathy, investigator mental capacity less than that of a potato. Do not give them your business, they will make things difficult when it's time for you to use their service. Get a company that actually cares about their customers, and if you're getting discounts and cheap rates from them, remember, you get what you pay for, and you pay for ignorance, greedy pencil pushers that will spend more time looking on how to weasel their way out of providing services paid for than they will trying to make sure that you are ok. Have already convinced family and friends to leave them. I won't beg, but, if you want a hassle and time wasted when you NEED support and recovery, then this is not the company for you. Find a company that is there for you when you need it most. This company is just one big waste of oxygen. But, hey, the truth will out, and their greed, pride and selfishness will most certainly lead to the proper burial of this company.

Silent Partner

They are ok to have but communication with them isn't great. When making policy changes they are slow to respond to requests and also getting someone on the phone that can help is a bit of a challenge.

Quality Coverage at Good Price

My independent insurance agent recommended Cincinnati Insurance as both cost effective and providing quality coverage. I’ve not had to file a claim but my agent has been so helpful and informative that I feel very confident the company will provide coverage without issue should I need to file a claim. They’ve provide good customer service when I called regarding online access to my account and billing questions.

Horriable company

This is a horrible company when something really bad happens to you. They only look after themselves. They do not care about you.
