Shortly after we bought our house, we had some water damage occur due to heavy rain (and negligence on the part of the past owners). Our agent went out of his way to help us out with our issue. He actually went ahead and approved a claim right away that was in a very gray area on the insurance. We were incredibly appreciative of this since he for sure didn’t have to do that. Also, when we first moved into our new home (in a new state), he was very helpful with getting our car insurance documents to us in a helpful and timely manner. He walked us through using the electronic documents to make sure we could get our new licenses right away. We are very happy with his customer service.
