I have been late with a payment a couple times and there was no late fee or anything like that or overlapse. They have always came through and answered any questions I might have. The secretaries that work there are very friendly and personable. This is the cheapest place to get insurance that I have found. If I had another offer for a cheaper carrier I would probably not take it because I have been with them for so long and it would be quite hard for me to change my carrier as I am highly satisfied with them. They are conveniently located right next to my home so it’s within walking distance of my place of residence. My mother got in a wreck while my 6 month old son was in the back. While it was not my exact carrier, it was state farm though, they paid us for damages, my son was ok, very quickly and I was happy with the settlement. There really is no reason that I would change carriers and there are no reasons that I am unhappy with this carrier. The reason I know about this carrier and chose this carrier is mostly because my father was under his plan and I just got put on his insurance so there would be a multi car discount and I thought that was a good reason for staying with this carrier, as I have been with them the entire time that I have had car insurance and I just dont see any other way around it,”
