GREAT Company / GREAT Service / GREAT Results

I have had two very positive experiences with this company in just over a year. First off, we were quite taken with the competitive homeowners' quote and we jumped on board. In my business, I see many companies offering really good rates for the first year, but they more than make up for it on the first renewal. I'm pleased to state the my premium DECREASED by nearly $70.00 with the first renewal. Secondly, I recently met a deer with the front end of my beloved BMW. Heck of a mess. My body shop and I were pretty sure they'd write it off as a total. BUT, they did not! In fact, everything went down very smoothly and quickly. The accident was reported on a Thursday morning. The following Monday, I received the check, in the full amount of the repair estimate (less deductible). There was no need for a local adjuster. My body shop was completely impressed with their claims service and the speed with which they performed. The United Home adjuster I spoke with in their home office noted that our policy did not provide for coverage for a rental car while mine was in the shop. He told me that they have something to offer to help take the bite out of the situation. He offered to pay $30.00/day toward a rental car while mine was in the shop. The rates they have in place with the rental company resulted in just over $6.00/day to rent a decent auto while mine was being fixed. He said it is something they do for those who don't have coverage to pay for a rental. WHAT A DEAL! 'Can't say enough good things to express the incredible service we've received.

Poorest customer service I have ever seen

United Home Insurance Company has the worst customer service I have ever seen. They do not care whether they lose a customer or not, you either stay with them or leave. Their premiums are reasonable but you pay back in by receiving the poorest customer service.

Great price. We've had them for years. Never had an accident so never needed to use them. Our price has remained the same for years.

Worse customer service and companu

Worse customer service. My adjustor [REDACTED NAME AND PHONE NUMBER] never returned my calls. Documents were submitted and received on December 11th, 2018 and as of today, January 11th 2019 nobody has reviewed them or even look at them.

Great Insurance

Had some hail damage on my car and called in and had someone to come look at it within a day or two. Very easy to use when its needed.
