My only experience with my insurance company, other than paying the bill, was one call to customer service to change the car that was on the policy. I never had any other reason to contact them.

I've been with this company for close to 15 years. The only interaction I've had with customer service was to change the car on my policy, which was handled quickly. Other than that, my only interaction is to pay the bill.
